The Council have made the decision to increase the Council Tax by 15% due to on going rising costs of services.

Lockington-cum-Hemington Parish Council have commenced development of a Neighbourhood Plan. We are interested to know if any of our neighbouring parishes have a plan or are looking to start one? Community Speed Watch
Community Speed watch
Community Speed Watch is a scheme to allow volunteers to monitor the speed of passing vehicles using a hand-held speed detection device.
These details are passed to the Police, who will issue a letter to the vehicle owner, advising them of the dangers of speeding and reminding them of the law.
The Parish Council has agreed to co-ordinate a Community Speed Watch.
